Hi, I’m Ruslana — founder and lead designer at Design Consultants of America, a creative studio built to empower brands through smart, strategic design.
With over 7 years of experience in UX/UI and brand design, I’ve led projects across industries — from law and healthcare to fintech, telecom, and more. Before launching DCA, I held senior role at international firm like EPAM Systems, working on high-stakes digital products for global clients.
At DCA, I’ve helped legal and medical businesses elevate their branding and user experience — but our work goes far beyond one field. Using UX research methods like persona development, journey mapping, and user testing, I can uncover valuable insights in any industry. I believe that strong design starts with understanding real people — and I know how to turn those insights into digital solutions that truly perform.
I started DCA because I knew I could help small businesses grow through thoughtful, personalized, and user-centered design — without the noise and disconnect of traditional agencies.
FUN FACT
Curiosity drives everything I do. I was part of the team that won the NASA Mars XR Challenge, where we designed extended-reality tools to help astronauts prepare for life on Mars. It was an incredible experience that combined design, innovation, and purpose — and it reminds me every day that great design can shape the future.
